Pricing

Straightforward proofreading rates start from as little as £0.014 per word, while copy editing starts at £0.018. However, every project is unique, so my rates vary depending on factors like document length and condition, complexity, editing level, and turnaround time.

I provide transparent pricing with no hidden costs. Once we’ve discussed your requirements and I’ve reviewed a sample of your text, I’ll offer a clear, upfront quote. Whether you need a meticulous proofread or a comprehensive copy edit, you can be confident in receiving professional, high-quality editing at a fair price.

Payment terms

For most projects, I invoice upon completion, and payment is due within 30 days via bank transfer. For longer projects, I also offer phased invoicing.

Please note that for new clients and private individuals, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due within 30 days of the invoice date.
